What school district is Anacoco High School part of?
ok well i am a current student of anacoco high. i am a junior and i will say that the quality of the academic programs of anacoco high school are some what impressive. although i will also say that if your child doesnt play basketball or have very high test score ratings then this isnt the school for your child. there is small avalability for music , arts, sports, and other extracurricular stuff simply because its just a small poor local commuinity school. we are 4th in the state of louisiana for testing scores and there is a reason for that. ok this is the big issue of anacoco high school. this school is so corrupt, i was in trouble about 3 times last year in which case 2 times out of the three i was inoccent. they took the word of students that didnt even witness wat happened and took thier word over mine. the reason for this is that i am considered to be what you might call a bad student. these people dont care about your children they only care about their basketball team and their test scores. if your child was treated unjustly dont bother going to the school board because they dont listen. then when word gets out that u tried the school board they make it to were it is literaly( and i say this not kiding in any sense) impossible to pass, and then get away with everything they want. the rules are unreasonable and a lot of the time if you dont do exactly as you are told then you are sent to the office and told by the principle that you shouldnt even be ther and that you are a complete failure in life and then get suspended. thier facilities are poor and the level of parent involment is poor until they need to have a conferince with you about your child. overall the total population is about 96 or 97% white with the exception of a few select teachers and students. i would seriously not waist my time even passing by this school and i would not recommend this school to anyone under any situation.
