School Reviews

As a former student, I would most definitely not recommend this school. First of all, the majority of the students there have little to no discipline from the teachers, therefore allowed to say whatever they please. I heard many racist and homophobic comments being said directly in front of teachers. I felt very unsafe at this school due to that. Secondly, this school seems to expect everyone to move at the same pace. Because I was a "smart kid", I was put into the more difficult classes, although I needed lots of help on writing essays and doing homework on time, which I did not receive in any way. Some of the teachers go to public shaming if you don't complete homework on time. I was too worried about not completing my homework on time, that I did not finish it on time. I was terrified to go to school because of this. This school seems to want to be better, but all of the ways they've tried aren't working. Overall, I felt an outsider of this school, and I felt that I was behind everyone else because I did not receive any help.

Belleville School District is a wonderful, small, rural community situated 15 minutes from Madison. For a small school, it offers a variety of classes and a large amount of AP classes. The school recently hired many new staff members and administration that have only made the school stronger. The district plans to go 1:1 computing next year, but has already shown technlogy advancement. Each school has a Facebook page with up to date information on what is happening in the schools. They use streaming as a way to bring the community into the events happening as well. 麻豆果冻传媒ly, I received the Belleville Community book in the mail. I was so impressed with the district page as they had videos attached to codes. The videos confirmed my confidence in our school because it shows that teachers care about the students. Most teachers go above and beyond to make learning individual for students! If you are looking for a place to call home, move to Belleville. It is a evolving and progressing community.
