I have two children that have attended Boyds from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Not perfect, but overall, it's a fantastic school. Faculty and administration do a great job and try to do the right thing for all students.

We moved here from out of state last school year! I must say we are very impressed with the teachers/staff! We were made to feel at home immediately! My children love the school and the staff! I must say they focus on education and making the kids feel loved!! I give this school a double thumbs up!!!

I have had my child in this school for 2 years, and for 2 years we have fought. The education is soupy based on test scores, the individual needs are not even close to being met. The front office staff are so unbearably rude and act as if they are being bothered to do anything. This will be my child's last year in this school, as any time I try to get answers I am blown off. I cannot stand the fact my daughter feels inadequate in this school.

My child had lost all self esteem while attending this school. The teachers are more bullies then most students. They belittle the students and make then feel horrible about their selves. I wish I could somehow move my child to Seymour. He attended here and loved it. My opinion bces is the worst school in Sevier county. The teachers are rude, bullying and uncaring.

I have two children at Boyds Creek and we have had wonderful teachers every year. We love it there and love the support we get from the staff. They are always friendly and make an effort to make us feel at home.

We had such a horrible experience with this school. The administration is very inadequate and poorly trained. The focus is on test scores not children.
