I have to agree with another poster, this school certainly does beat out WCPSS! I love that they don't use common core and focus on academics NOT politics or agendas. Both my kids LOVE it and are doing very well academically and socially. I appreciate the focus on teaching respect and expecting respect from their students. Lots of volunteer opportunities for parents and a community feel. Teachers and staff are quick to respond, and I appreciate the communication. I was very happy with the switch from WCPSS to this charter school. I foresee great things!

This is our family's third year at Carolina Charter Academy. We love the smaller class sizes, the community feeling, and the personal teacher and staff engagement. Take a look at your family- you'll be glad you did!

I love this school, sure beats WCPSS! The school offers K-8 and offers community bus stops. They don't use common core and aren't teaching CRT. They offer sports and have uniforms which are great. I love the speedy responses from teachers and staff. The school is brand new and pretty!
