What school district is Carroll High School part of?
What on Earth has happened to the Corpus Christi schools? I graduated in1971 and went onto rather easily graduate from UTA, after having survived several personal tragedies. I am appalled and saddened by the student/teacher ratio, amount of spending per student, student graduation rates, etc. These young people must not realize how vitally important a basic education is--and high school completion is basic. They must be prepared for vocational school or college/university if they want to compete in today's society as most of them will, most likely, move away from Corpus. I was once a Tigerette & proud of Carroll but, now, I'm worried & embarrassed by the school board.
