School Reviews

I am in 7th grade. I don't really like CDA Charter. Yes, some of the curricula are more challenging but I feel like there is an alternative agenda being pushed by some of the instructors. We are constantly being preached at about white privilege in English class and as a minority, we will essentially never be as successful as my fellow students. I wonder if she realizes how racist she sounds when she speaks this way? It's very confusing to hear teachers tell us that the white kids should feel guilty for being born white and to feel sorry for us for not being white. And that we should also, in turn, end up resenting the white kids for being born white and hate ourselves for not. I don't like it here. I like my friends but not the divisiveness of some of the teachers.
