Covington Elementary school has recieved the National PTA certificate of excellence for parental involvment. I am always amazed that all the teachers know each students name. They have weekly art and pe classes as well as a guidance hour. If you choose to participate you make take violin lessons, choir and girl scouts. The facilities just had a major renovation and a new state of the art library is under construction.
