Administration at this school plays the race card every chance that they can. The good teachers are not rewarded or treated the same way the other so-so teachers are. This does have an impact on the students as well. NHA should do a throrough audit and personnel review to shape up the way this school is being administrated. Because of this several good teachers have left to go to better positions that will treat and pay them better. As a parent I have seen this discrimination for many years and something should be done.
