I am a 1961 graduate of Duggan; furthermore, my father attended the school in the 1920s and early 1930s. As a member of the Brooklyn Neighborhood Association I, along with others, was heavily involved in the rehabilitation of Duggan. The previous principal, Dr. Frageau, and the present principal, Ms. Digiovanni have been extremely helpful in hosting many extracurricular activities at the school. Open house tours of the school and the 1955 flood exhibition are just two of the events they have facilitated. The administration, faculty, and staff are to be commended''
