What school district is Guilderland High School part of?
Former student. Home schooled for the last year due to bullying. Lack of diversity and acknowledgement of mental illness. Teachers literally sat me down in a meeting in the day and told me to snap out of it because my depression diagnosis had not been streamlined enough for the white teaching staff. Constant racism battles for many not just myself. Teacher hook ups being verbally publicized to students in the focus program that was offered at the time. Parents had a had in the elimination of some schools reading curriculum due to being age inappropriate and racial. Yearbook used to feature things like cited for who has the best car etc. no second thought from staff that money should not be made a popularity contest. In a yearbook. Highly entitled student body. Research the statistics and news articles that this school district keeps attracting before you enroll your kids. Now that I'm grown I know that I will with mine no matter where I live.
