School Reviews麻豆果冻传媒>1 7/7/2017Cant really say what this school is like because just picking up an application was quite an unpleasant initial experience. Without knowing anything about us or our situation, I was judged as a homeschool parent. I was asked why I hadnt tested him, how do I know where he's at without having tested him, I must not have done any work with him then, another homeschool parent tested their child so why didn't I ? I found the questions to be ignorant, judgemental, and condescending. I also didnt think the application asked appropriate questions of my child, such as what is your attitude towards school, how would your teachers describe your attitude towards school, how do you get along with your peers? For children who have been bullied and havnt had positive past school experiences, these questions are inappropriate and uncomfortable for the child and really set up the school year already being unfairly judged. None of the questions address children who are homeschooled either. If our first experience with this school is one of being narrowminded and judgemental than no thank you.Review Horizon Academy West. Reviews should be a few sentences in length.
