JCHS is a good school. Decent academics and many electives! There have been many upgrades since 2018. But the downside is is that most of those upgrades are for sports. There is a new turf football field, a brand new wrestling facility, and the tennis court has been refurbished. JCHS is very into sports. A downside is the electronics. Nearly every website is blocked on the student computers! This makes it very difficult for students to do research for WebQuests. That needs to be fixed. Other than that the school is good. A very good upside is the school's electives. There are so many you can choose from like choir, band, orchestra, culinary, fashion and design, and so many more! What I really like about the music department is that there are multiple different sections for each elective. Like, beginners choir, varsity choir, concert choir, and show choir. Then for the band, there is a marching band, symphonic band, and jazz band. For orchestra, there is an intermediate orchestra, string orchestra, and chamber orchestra. There are so many wonderful electives that make learning more interesting. JCHS isn't so bad.

There are more upgrades to the school, like the new wrestling facility. Although the swimming pool is in the middle school, it is not that far away, which is a good thing. There is an upstairs to the school which the school itself has a lot of academics and electives like band and choir. Most websites are blocked on the computer which is a downside but if you ask a teach they might be able to get it unblocked.

This school has almost every website blocked for their students I think it isn't fair that they are taking our freedom away. Someone needs to fix this because it isn't right to the students that some websites are given to us to do our work and they are blocked on the laptops they need to go back to books the WiFi doesn't work half the time. The laptops crash on us so this needs to be fixed
