School Reviews

This school is ok but they don't care about a student's safety or health most of the time. They spend their money on useless things when really it could''ve been used for better books. Finally, the new principal isn't great as he limits on what students would bring besides the obvious things. If they continue treating students like this, they will be forced to shut down the school for good. Also, screw the online classes, they don't help anyone at all.

This school is run so poorly, they have treated students terribly. The students here are absolutely miserable. I would NEVER recommend it.

This is a great school. Both my children graduated from here and they are both successful, have Masters' Degrees and are doing great. The life's experiences and learning they received from this school were a good part of their success.

I would not recommend this school to anyone with any sense. The quality of academic programs is poor. No AP classes are offered here and honors classes are lacking. Availability of sports is plentiful as sports are held in high regard at LHS. Sports is the only thing holding the school together (even though we lost every single football game in 07-08). Mental skills lag behind in every subject. The facility is old and the county probably won't have the funds to replace it until a large portion of the cement gives way in 20 years. The staff is either old, mad at the world, or should be/have been arrested for inappropriate student-teacher behavior. Parent involvement is basically limited to them coming to their son/daughter's sporting event to watch them lose. Overall, I would rather be home-schooled by an abusive-father, crack-mother, screwed all your best friends-sister, prissy pants-grandpa, and Hitler.
