I just got in Lowell Scott, and I think it's a pretty good school, I love everything about it except the teachers. Most of the teachers are really strict, they always call on you even if you didn't raise your hand or don't know the answer which in my opinion I think is really annoying. It's like they don't even give you time to think. They just TRY to teach you, and then you take a test but have no idea what to put. I think that should change; I want the teachers to take their time in teaching us, so we could learn. There are even teachers who just give you the answers, which is very stupid. I don't know if I should recommend this school to anyone or not, but if you do go there, beware of the teachers, and of course not to be mean.

In this school-Lowell Scott- I have many great memories. Although some people did have problems with the teachers, I never, ever had a problem with them or the school. One thing that immediately turns people off to this school is that it can seem depressing (it was built in the '70's) and I thought that too. However, I am now at the high school in that area and miss Lowell Scott quite a bit. I have so many great memories of that school, including the teachers, the curriculum, the surrounding area, but most of all, the school itself. After being in student council, (which I highly recommend for anyone whether they're popular or not; I wasn't and I still won)I got to know the school's structure very, very well and had plenty of time to explore it on my own. That school's "hidden" hallways and dark corners, although depressing at first, after a while, it grows on you. As a matter of fact, you or your kids, whoever goes there, will probably miss it just as much as I do. I doubt that they could miss it more, though.
