This school is horrible. Don't send your kids here and please try to afford a better place to live if they have to go here.

As a parent new to the area, I was given advice on where to send my children and which to avoid, all the negativity was directed at Lower Richland, right then and there I said this is where I want my child to be. He exceled in his classes, his chosen sport and the NJROTC program. My child's fellow classmates show respect and admiration for one another, and always has each others best interest at heart. The pricipal is caring, forthright and honest. The teachers are awesome and if I had to choose all over again it would be the same.

Lower Richland is doing great things. Based on the acedemics of the past year I have watched young people there take a totally different approach to their education. The athletic department is doing an awesone job. They now have a new coach for the football team. Their track team, wrestling, and basketball teams all placed this year. The senior class recieved over 5 million dollars in scholarships. The principal there is just awesome. I have watched him talk with each of his students as if he was a father. The kids have a lot of respect for him, and I believe that his presence (principal) has a lot to do with the success this school is experiencing.. Kudos to Lower Richland!!!!!
