What school district is Lundy Elementary School part of?
The school has had a change in administration, which has solved nearly all of the problems that prompted me to remove my own children from the school over two years ago. My children are back in the public school and doing wonderful! The new administrators have reinstated some old programs and added several new ones. The music and band program has won several awards and recently participated in a competition in San Francisco. .. in addition, we are developing a drama program again, more teachers have been hired, there are several college credit classes offered at the high school, there are teachers available after school to help kids and there is even a summer school... both the elementary and the high school have been remodeled and more work is being done over the next few years..volleyball, football and wrestling have been consistently near the top of their league and there are also track, softball, baseball and basketball teams. There are so many positive things going on at this school right now and so much more to come! I highly recommend this school to anyone!

School district administrators tend to overlook policies when problems arise. Are not afraid to label parents as problems when parents become concerned about their kids. Have difficulty communicating effectively. Lots of sports for boys but not much for girls. Old schools with lots of maintenance issues. Not a good place for kids who need IEPs.
