It is not good it seems more like a prison to students because half of your classrooms don't even have windows some teachers just give you random work that doesn't help you at all and if you need help; they don't give it to you and in gym all we did was boring things that just involved sitting there I cannot tell you how happy I am to be away from that school and into college and if I could give this a zero star rating, I would.

Maple Point is really strict about everything. It's so annoying! There is this one cell phone policy where if a teacher catches a student with their phone on them, even if they aren't using it, or if their phone falls out of their pocket, the teacher will take it away, give it to the principal, make the student's parents get it, and give the student three days of detention. It's ridiculous. That's just one of their policies. I also don't like the inside of Maple Point. It's not that nice of a school. I hate Maple Point, and I'm happy not to be there anymore.

I was a student who attended a few years back from 6th through 8th grade. The overall middle school experience was below average. There were a few teachers I had that were good. However, most do not care about the students. Some put no effort into helping a student that needed extra help. One of my teachers simply told me to get a peer tutor to help me with my math, without a care. So I had to pay for my own tutor. Some just gave busy work. That does not show an education that positively builds futures. A true education involves bringing something out of a student that they may not see themselves. All that most teachers there see is grade. Teachers are supposed to guide you. If they cannot recognize that, the only thing they can do is tell you to study content for a test that you will forget later. Thus creating individuals to fail in life.
