I think the school is great. My child comes home every day and tells me how nice the teachers and students are. She also tells me that the food there is really good she always gets the pizza. She tells me the class rooms smell really good. I don't know what this person is talking about. This school is awesome.

Let me just say that this school isn't as good as it looks. The facilities are great I can give you that but the teachers and staff, no thank you. My child was hurt in no fight very badly, the person who hurt my child got in no trouble, while my child did for "provoking" him. The deans don't seem to pay much attention to larger things such as fights, but only small things like if a student was pinched. They gave the students iPads which is pretty handy and I'm glad they are allowing them to experience the new technology. Well, I shouldn't say "new". They gave out iPad 2ed generation, and they don't work very well. If you break it then you have to take to the help desk, and then they take at least a month to return it to you, then charge a fortune. My child has gotten so many bad grades because they haven't had their iPad to study. Teachers always say everything is on their iPads, and that's why they have NO LOCKERS. That's is bs if you ask me. Everything is on their iPad, that's why their book bags weigh 20 pounds. They have 3 five subject notebooks. The teachers don't even store them for you. That is messed up. The teachers barely even teach the class. They give an assignment, then get on the Mac book airs the school spent so much money on, instead of good iPads for the students. Some parents say the teachers don't get their bonuses if the students don't do well on PASS and MAP. So when that time of year rolls around, they go into hyper drive and shove all the knowledge in the kids head, leaving them stressed and having pressure put on their shoulders to do well. I've complained many times and they still haven't changed anything. I say do it the old fashioned way, or at lease give the kids a good working device to use. Mark my words, don't make your kid suffer like mine, get out if "the swamp" and get in the road to a different school distract!
