What school district is North Webster Lower Elementary School part of?
Not a school of academic quality. Limited athletic programs, but the school puts all focus in them, instead of academics. Gifted classes or awards are only offered to staff's children. Lots of parental involvement, but it interferes with administering school discipline policies for select children. This school violates so many laws, civil rights, and state regulations, I do not know how they stay open.
