This school is awesome! It was the #1 middle school in Orange county, and has won the California Designated School award and the Blue Ribbon School award. Pioneer offers many choices of electives including computers, art, drama, band/orchestra, and foreign language. The library contains many books and magazines and there are two computer labs (one recently renovated.) There is a wide variety of lunches for students to choose from. There are monthly Student of the Month assemblies where every teacher hands out an award to a chosen student. The PE activities are really fun and get the students moving. All-in-all this is a great school.
