School Reviews麻豆果冻传媒>4 3/23/2019I love the dual immersion program. My daughter is learning so much and using her Spanish. She is confident when she speaks and her reading and writing is more than what I expected for her just being in second grade.I also love that the person that meets the children at the gate on North Street greets each child and takes time to make each child feel welcomed2 6/6/2011Regarding your dual immersion kindergarten class. I feel immersion classes should be a choice. My nephew's kindergarten class alternates 1 wk. english, 1 wk spanish. He did well in the english enviroment but chose not to participate in the spanish class. He was overwhelmed that under no circumstances would the teacher speak in english. The rediculous part was when his father was concerned about an injury his son had suffered. It happened to be a spanish week. The teacher refused to speak to the child's father in english! He explained the reason he was there & that he did not speak spanish. She refused to speak english and so he had to go to the office to gain information regarding his son's injury. This is a Public School in the U.S. We had no idea that our loved one's teacher would refuse to speak to us in any language but spanish. And as I see the progress he made in his english class vs. his spanish class, I can only imagine how much more he could have succeeded if only that process hadn't been interrupted every other week by a spanish speeking only environment.Review Price (Adelaide) Elementary School.
