The programs or their, but the teachers or not getting any suport from the education board, the children here are deprived of a great oppertunity in life and that is to learn about music and arts the school have the equipment but no teacher to teach. The facilities are so old and out dated that they can't even support the computer needs of the school, opperating with no heat or air conditioning and this is the year twenty twelve.
