What school district is Southern Elementary School part of?
My daughter is currently in kindergarten at Southern and we have been very happy with everything so far. The teachers are all very attentive, and more than willing to take time to talk to you. One of the most encouraging things is there seems to be a lot of parent involvement. I have volunteered at multiple times this year and I have seen many other parents who are involved. This means that teachers are given the time to work with the kids because they don't have to spend all of their time disciplining kids. I highly recommend Southern.

my daughter now attends the middle school but she went to southern elem. for all but two school years. her grades have been the best at southern. the teachers are more willing to help her (unlike the other two schools) so now i have my son at southern, in kindergarten, and he is doing great, too!
