What school district is Woodruff High School part of?
Woodruff High School is an excellent school both academically and athletically. I have two children who graduated from WHS four years apart and both received fantastic preparation for college. My daughter attended Wofford and graduated in May of 2007. She transitioned easily into the college academia because of her education from WHS. She also excelled in Cross Country under the excellent coaching of Steve Ramey and Soccer under Fernando Gomez.
My son was a 2007 graduate of WHS and has transitioned well at Anderson University. He loved his time at WHS and participated also in Cross Country and Soccer. He also benefited from a great art department under Ms. Olenki.
The facilities are immaculate and the teacher to student ratio is good.
Having participated in other school programs throughout their lives Woodruff is by far the best school they attended, including two different private schools earlier in their lives.
