School Reviews
1   4/20/2021
I heard great reviews, so I had my child applied to this choice school. Wow, what an awful first year. The teacher was strict, inflexible, rude, and absolutely belligerent in regards to discipline. I saw my son go from happy child to depressed, unmotivated in the span of 1 week. I pulled my child out of this teacher's class and enrolled him in a different Palo Alto school. A difference of night and day.

2010 likely an outdated review. Hoover Elementary teaches students what they need to know during school hours, hence not needing as much homework time. This is what separates Hoover from other elementary schools that rely on homework and parent participation. Hoover Elementary provides a high level education through their teaching methodology and curriculum.

There are way too much homework for students at this school.
